Open the app → Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.

Open the app → Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your pets, medications and dose history. You can also email us to request deletion.

No. Tap “Continue without an account” on the first screen and you are in — no email, no password. Your pets, doses and history are saved from the first tap. When you are ready, add an email and password (Profile → Save my account) to keep everything and move it to a new phone.

If you have added an email and password, sign in on the new device and your pets and medications sync automatically. A guest account lives only on the phone it was created on, so save your account first (Profile → Save my account) and everything comes with you.

You choose. Lifetime is a one-time payment of $19.99 that never renews and includes future updates. Monthly is $8.99 and renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings — the features are identical.

Premium members can ask about symptoms, food and dosage questions and get an answer that already knows which pet you mean. It is not a veterinarian and always tells you when to call one.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — we cannot issue them directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought with. If Apple approves it, Premium turns off in DozePaw automatically the next time the app checks your purchase.
