My reminders aren't showing up
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → DozePaw and make sure notifications are allowed. Also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them, and that each medication has at least one time set.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your pets, medications and dose history. You can also email us to request deletion.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
If you created an account, sign in on the new device and your pets and medications sync automatically. Demo‑mode data stays only on the original device.
Is Premium a subscription?
No — it's a one‑time purchase. Pay once and keep it, including future updates.
